1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to the following regions:

  • Hong Kong (SAR) – Standard & Express shipping available

If your country or region is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@hevert.hk.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing may take longer.



3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Hong Kong Express Shipping 1–2 business days
Macau Standard 3–5 business days
International* Registered Airmail / Courier 7–14 business days (varies by location)
  • Note: International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas or oversized items


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your local regulations.

  • Hevert.hk is not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs clearance.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • You will be contacted to arrange reshipment

  • Additional shipping fees may apply


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number, photos of the package/item, and a description of the issue

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
