You just let the pellets (globules) dissolve in your mouth. Calmvalera Globuli are already approved for babies aged 6 months and over (and are also suitable for children). Avena sativa D2: 20 mg
Nux vomica D5: 10 mg
Zincum valerianicum D3: 3 mg
Other ingredients: Sucrose.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Adults: In acute cases, 5 globules every half to full hour, up to 6 times daily.
For chronic conditions: 1–3 times daily, 5 globules each time.
Infants from 6 months: No more than one third of the adult dose.
Toddlers (1–6 years): No more than half the adult dose.
Children (6–12 years): No more than two thirds of the adult dose.
Adolescents (12+): Full adult dose.
Prolonged use (over one week) should only be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional experienced in homeopathy.
