Folic acid Hevert 5 mg
Folic Acid – Essential for All Ages
Folic Acid Hevert 5 mg ensures reliable supply!
Women planning to conceive or already in early pregnancy are often aware of the importance of folic acid, also known as vitamin B9. However, everyone should ensure an adequate intake of this vital B vitamin. Folic acid reserves in the liver are quickly depleted during periods of increased need. Foods like spinach, broccoli, eggs, and liver contain folic acid, but cooking significantly reduces its content because it is heat-sensitive. As a result, folic acid deficiency is among the most common vitamin deficiencies in Europe.
Folic Acid Hevert 5 mg helps to correct folic acid deficiency, which may lead to conditions such as anemia. It plays a critical role in regulating homocysteine metabolism and thereby supports cardiovascular health. A changed red blood cell count can be a sign of advanced deficiency.
Common symptoms of low folic acid include:
Folic acid is also essential for breaking down homocysteine – a major risk factor for arteriosclerosis – making it especially important for individuals with cardiovascular conditions. Studies also suggest that folic acid deficiency may contribute to cognitive decline in older adults and a higher risk of depression.
Folic Acid Hevert 5 mg quickly replenishes folic acid levels and helps reduce elevated homocysteine and the associated cardiovascular risk. It provides a stable and highly bioavailable form of folic acid, which is more resistant to heat, light, and oxygen than naturally occurring food-based folate. Use should be guided by a physician or naturopath.
Folic Acid Hevert 5 mg – for healthy blood formation, cell division, and vascular function.
