Not all fats are the same. While saturated fats (from animal products, palm oil, coconut oil, etc.) should be limited, polyunsaturated fatty acids like omega-3s are essential for health. The most important omega-3s are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which support heart function, brain performance, and vision.

Modern diets often provide too many omega-6 fatty acids compared to omega-3s (up to 20 times more), making supplementation beneficial. DHA and EPA are found primarily in sea fish and algae. Since fish accumulate omega-3s by eating algae, algae oil is a direct, sustainable source—eliminating the need for fish.

Omega-3 Hevert Plant-Based provides high-quality algae-derived omega-3s from Schizochytrium microalgae, cultivated sustainably without environmental pollutants or heavy metals. It’s ideal for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone avoiding fish.

Each capsule contains 320 mg of DHA and EPA. A daily dose of 2 capsules meets the recommended intake of 250 mg for maintaining normal heart function, vision, and cognitive health. Pregnant women take 1 capsule daily.
